Abigail is the Founder and CEO of the Chartered Institute of Executive Assistants – Ghana (CIEA Ghana). Driven by a passion to raise the standards of professionalism among Executive Support Professionals, Abigail established CIEA to provide structured training, certification, and leadership development.

With years of experience in corporate administration and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, I recognized a critical gap: many Executive Support Professionals lacked the structure, tools, and confidence to perform at their full potential. This insight sparked a bold mission — to transform support roles into strategic, respected careers.
