The CHRMP program is structured into fourteen comprehensive modules, each thoughtfully developed to cover key pillars of the talent experience journey. Every module is designed to equip participants with the practical skills, strategic insights, and innovative tools needed to thrive as a forward-thinking, people- focused professional in today’s evolving workplace.
This program is designed for professionals who are either currently engaged in or aiming to advance within executive support roles. It welcomes individuals working across a range of domains, including Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Selection, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Experience or Engagement.
Participants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field. A strong interest in executive-level support, organizational operations, and professional development is essential for success in this program.
